All Bangladesh Citizens above the age of 18 years are eligible for this Contest. As a proof, photocopy of National ID Card, passport or any other acceptable proof of citizenship can be submitted.
Entries in the competition may be submitted by the project's design team, which consists of the author(s) and all other persons responsible for the project. Eligible for participation are private or public promoters/investors or architects/planners/engineers involved in the
project, providing that they hold the right of authorship or are participating in agreement with the person(s) holding the right of authorship. Legal entities and design teams must name an authorized representative who will act as the responsible contact person ("Main Author"). The statements made in entry form are considered to be true and legally binding in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Every author is required to individually clarify his or her eligibility for participation. The eligibility of the authors will be re-checked before prizes are conferred. Entries to the Idea Projects competition may only be submitted by the project's design team, which consists of the author(s) and all other persons responsible for the project. In case of group projects the details of Project Leader should be clearly marked. The distribution of the prize money will be the responsibility of the Project Leader and the organizers/Holcim (Bangladesh) are not responsible for distribution of the prize money among the members of a group project, which is awarded.
Submitted projects will be accepted in printed format and digital submission in a CD is required. Both the formats are mandatory.
